Meet Our Counselors
Ray Quihuis, M.A. NCC, LAC
Ray Quihuis received a master’s degree in rehabilitative counseling from the University of Arizona in 2015. He is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Therapy. Ray specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma and addiction. Ray is also a presenter of mindfulness meditation workshops at University of Arizona, Arizona State University (ASU) and Organizations in Arizona.
With more than twenty-six years of experience administering public health programs, Ray has developed as a well-rounded therapist offering a unique combination of eastern and western treatment philosophies. Ray has been met with great success, attracting clients from across the country seeking contemporary recovery skills. Serving as the Pastor of a national inpatient treatment facility, Ray can also offer faith-based guidance to healing and recovery upon request.
In his leisure time, Ray enjoys hosting wellness-meditation retreats, outdoor activities such as golf, archery, hiking, and spending quality time with his wife, family, and friends.
